About the event
Join us as we kick off summer with our annual Summer Picnic! On Saturday, June 13, DSNMC will gather at Bohrer Park in Gaithersburg (at the picnic pavilions; look for the balloons!). All families, all ages, all abilities -- EVERYONE is welcome! The park features plenty of space to play, basketball and tennis courts, and a large playground. We'll have many games and activities to keep everyone engaged, as well as lunch and snacks to keep us energized. This is a great opportunity to both connect with old friends and make new ones with over 200 people expected to attend!
NEW for 2026! In partnership with Open Door Sports, DSNMC will host a field day prior the the picnic! From 9:30 to 11:00 AM (the picnic begins at 11:30!) kids ages 5 to 18 are invited to participate at no additional cost!
